PrairieFire is thrilled to announce the inaugural National SWAT Competition! Join us for a unique opportunity to see the best SWAT teams from across the country gather, compete, and showcase their elite tactical skills. Spectators will have the opportunity to hang out with their heroes, interact with sponsors and their demonstrations, and PrairieFire’s own unique experiences. Celebrate this inaugural event with us, and be part of what will become an annual tradition in the tactical law enforcement community.

9 October – Open to Competitors
Vendor Showcase on 9 October that will continue through the duration of the event, competitors will be able to interact and network with key tactical industry sponsors as they exhibit and demonstrate products that enable and support the SWAT mission. Highly recognized instructors will also be delivering impactful training seminars to increase each team’s knowledge base and prepare them for the challenges of the competition.
10-12 October – Open to Spectators and All
Throughout the duration, spectators of all levels will be able to experience the Vendor Showcases engaging with key tactical industry sponsors as they exhibit and demonstrate products that support the SWAT mission, attend impactful training seminars delivered by renowned instructors, and or immerse themselves in the actual competition by supporting their favorite team through a mix of 12 individual and team stages on the first two days, followed by a Super Team Final for the top 10 Teams on the third day.
For the remaining teams that do not qualify for the Final, there will be additional training seminars available for them to attend and five side competition shooting stages in which individual competitors will have the opportunity to win up to $5,000 in cash and prizes.
The entire event will culminate in an awards ceremony and dinner at the Silverton Lodge Hotel in Las Vegas.

What is a punch card?
Punch cards are your opportunity to get in on the action. Present your punch card at an experience location for an opportunity to shoot that experience. Finish your punch card for a chance to win prizes. Punch cards are included in GA + and Commander’s Circle passes. GA ticket holders can purchase punch cards for $85.
Are guns and ammo provided?
Yes, guns and ammo will be provided for punch card holders.
Can I bring my own firearm and/or ammo?
Due to the nature of the event, we are asking all spectators that no outside firearms or ammo are brought into the event. All firearms and ammo will be provided.
What is in the hospitality tents?
Hospitality tents are designed to provide an elevated viewing experience. Enjoy comfortable seating, a digital live feed of the competition in real time, and an opportunity to network with sponsors, competitors, and other VIPs.
Do guests need to be PrairieFire Members?
No, only the GA+ ticket holder needs to be a PrairieFire member to earn the discount.
Where will the Closing Ceremony Presented By 5.11 be held?
The closing ceremony will be held at the Silverton Casino Lodge: 3333 Blue Diamond Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89139.
What is Fallen Blue Heroes?
Fallen Blue Heroes eases the financial burden of the fallen officer’s family in the event of a line-of-duty death.
Are there any age restrictions for attendees?
While families are encouraged to attend, children ages 10 or below are not permitted to participate in shooting experiences.
Can I upgrade my GA ticket to GA + or Commanders Circle Pass?

Generous Sponsor-Supported Prize Table for Remaining Teams
Each five-person team will be comprised of four primary competitors and one alternate. The alternate will not participate in the competition unless and until one of the primary team members is unable to continue due to injury and withdraws.
All team members will be full-time sworn personnel from the tactical operations team (i.e. SWAT, SRT, SORT, etc.) of the law enforcement agency where they are employed.
Some law enforcement agencies may have up to two teams registered.
